1) The prices are in rupees and applicable when the room is booked for more than 15 days.

2) For the months mid November to March we accept booking with minimum stay of 30 days. So the minimum rent you pay is for 30 days though your stay may be shorter.

3) The above prices are for single occupancy. For double occupancy we charge 20% additional and 30% from 15th Oct to 15th Mar.

4) Booking is confirmed on the receipt of Advance amount, which is 50% of the total.

5) A surcharge of 20% is applicable, if the booking is less than 15 days.

6) Air conditioning - Rs. 200/night extra ( If available in your room and is optional )

7) You can invite friends to the apartment, however we ask you to take care of the neighbors by avoiding loud late night parties.

8) You should have a valid visa to stay in India. Foreign registration is mandatory. The agent charges Rs.300 towards it. You pay for it.

Cancellation policy:

1) Booking is confirmed only on the receipt of the Advance.

2) You can cancel your reservation 30 days in advance without any cancellation charges.

3) If you cancel within the period of 6 days to 30 days of your arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking amount.

4) If you cancel within the period of 0 day to 5 days of your arrival, the booking amount will not be refunded.
