I've stayed 6 weeks in Pune. 4 weeks at the lovely Riverview Terrace (excellent view to the river) and 2 weeks at the beautiful garden apartment (beautiful quiet garden). I had a very very lovely stay ! Thanks to Shanto and Arunaji the Aya. They both where extremely nice, discreet (I needed lots of time to be just on my own), helpful and inviting. Arunaji is as very good cook !!! The apartments where always so nicely cleaned by her and she did all my washing :-))
I will always recommend this place to my friends and all other people who wants to know and surely I'll come back one day....Maybe next year ? ;-))

I loved to stay in the Riverview Terrace Apartment. Fantastic view, great atmosphere, bright and clean. Although I spent most of my time in the Resort, I appreciated to come back to the apartment late at night having a late cup of tea with tasty cookies provided by Shanto. I loved waking up in this quiet space after a good sleep in a very comfortable bed. Shanto and Aruna took care of everything very lovingly.

I have been staying 3 times in the flat on the 5th floor and it is just fantastic.
lots of light to welcome you in the morning,  and an increcible terrace from where to enjoy the sunset.
the view on the river  and the sky makes your stay there very relaxed.  
Aruna,  the maid is a very sweet and helpful lady, always smiling.
it is so close to the Back Gate of the Osho resort that it take sonly 6 minutes to reach there.
I would ONLY stay in that place when I am in Koregaon Park.

1. The view from the Terrace was awesome 2. The Exchange of the mouldring mattrace was quickly and uncomplecated 3. The Flat was allways clean 4. The place is quiet 5. Arrangements for lengh of stay, payments, household-issues worked well by sms or phonecalls.

I'll recommend the place to my friends
